How we use machine learning and artificial intelligence
As a modern supplier of cloud solutions and products based on advanced technologies, we are keen to investigate how ML (machine learning) and AI (artificial intelligence) can make our solutions even more efficient. In short, we are always looking to utilise the latest technologies to provide more innovative and accurate services to our customers.
For instance, our Parksphere system uses ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras to scan vehicle number plates, and we use AI to blur people or objects in the background of the image so that they cannot be identified. In Norway, the use of ANPR is regulated by various laws and regulations, including the Road Traffic Act and the Personal Data Act. We also use ML and AI to determine the direction in which a vehicle is travelling (e.g. into or out of a car park), as well as the vehicle model and its nationality identifier.
These are just some of the ways we use ML and AI, and we are always looking for new areas where we can implement this technology.
